The UN's World Population Prospects forecasts that with changing growth rate trends in 24 years (in 2050) Tuvalu's population will grow by 4.43% to 9,778 people and will still be ranked 196th. The population of Zimbabwe will increase by 49.7% to 25,866,397 people and rank change from 74th to 65th.
